Approach
Working in this field since 2022, we have kept the same sequence: understand the constraints, commit to an architecture, build it, then make it operable by the people who own it.
We start from your constraints, not from a chain. Current systems, controls, counterparties and regulatory perimeter — mapped before anything is proposed.
A concrete target architecture: ledger and settlement model, custody and key management, oracle and data layer, controls, failure modes and migration path.
We implement — contracts, services, integrations and infrastructure — with review, testing and documentation that your engineering and risk functions can take ownership of.
Monitoring, incident response, key and upgrade procedures, and the runbooks that let the system be run by your team rather than by its authors.
Focus
A deliberately narrow scope. We do not cover the whole of Web3 — we cover the infrastructure that moves and settles value, and the data layer it depends on.
Engagements range from a bounded architecture review or oracle design, to standing alongside an in-house team through build and launch. Independent by design: we hold no product to sell and no vendor allegiance, so the recommendation is the one the problem warrants.
